Now that we're finished with the maintenance phase. Those that wish to continue losing weight, we're going to move to phase 2 of the weight loss journey. This next phase will be 8-10 weeks of a slightly less aggressive diet. If you have been following along, you should be pretty close to caloric deficit. Now we are going to re enter a calorie deficit slowly to burn a little bit more fat.
