Excellent progress and back development from 55+ former collegiate athlete who underwent 3 shoulder surgeries. She started with minimal upper body strength and muscle mass 4.5 years ago. After building a solid base of strength and muscle her goal now is to lose fat and maintain that hard earned muscle. Building strength and muscle has enabled her to be more active and enjoy body surfing as she did when she was younger.
