Varying protein sources- Sometimes we get caught up in eating the same protein sources which can make you dread eating protein. Vary your protein sources; foods such as

Combining protein sources- Having 6 ounces of chicken breasts may not always be appetizing to me but having 3 ounces of chicken breasts and a high protein yogurt can be enough to make the meal appetizing.
