As we near the end of week 2 please remember tracking your macronutrients involves a learning curve, be patient with yourself and be consistent. It will get easier and you will succeed in the long run. Understanding macronutrients and what makes up the calories in your food will enable you to control your body weight whether you are trying to lose weight, maintain weight or gain weight. Think of it as a lifestyle, rather than a short term diet.
In the beginning just try and get as close as you can to your daily macronutrients and be persistent. There will be big changes in week 3 so let's finish out week 2 strong.
