As week 4 is coming to an end you should be getting better at tracking your macros or staying close to your 1 serving meal regimen. You should have a better understanding of what makes up the calories in your food. Weight loss should be slow and steady week over week.
As we transition into week 5, fat loss should be greater as we dig a little deeper in terms of a calorie deficit and energy expenditure. Be sure to check back Sunday for week 5 changes.
