As we approach the end of week 5 we are in a larger calorie deficit, as a result weight loss should be happening at a faster rate; it should feel like you are dieting. We will continue digging deeper in the coming weeks. As we increase our caloric deficit and/ or energy expenditure, as well as bringing in other techniques such as carb cycling. Remain consistent, small changes make a big difference over a period of months. Stay tuned Sunday for changes coming in week 6.
