Week 8 Wrap Up


As week 8 comes to a close your bodyweight should be steadily dropping as long as you have been consistent with your diet, strength training and cardio. Your body should be utilizing calories more efficiently. Thus we have to make adjustments to avoid plateauing. Stay tuned for week 9 adjustments.
