As we're finishing up the 12th week of the weight loss journey, energy may be getting low, enthusiasm for the diet may be waning but remember you lost a lot of weight. We are coming up on one week remaining. Hang in there. Lets finish out these next couple of days of week 12 and prepare to head in to the last week of the diet. Check back Sunday.
