Halfway Home

We now are just over the halfway mark at this point it should certainly feel like you're dieting. You should be losing weight consistently. You're most likely at the stage where you're losing weight but you haven't lost all of the weight that you want and the diets getting harder and you may feel like quitting but its important to hang in there because it will be worth it.
