Week 9 Wrap Up

As we finish up week 9 of the fat loss journey, this week should certainly feel like 9 weeks of dieting. Carbs, fats and overall calories should be relatively low. Hang in there for Sunday's adjustments where we adjust how we are carb cycling. We will continue to push a little harder for the remainder of the fat loss journey.
